For international customers, prices are displayed in the relevant currency and do not include VAT, import duties, or local taxes applicable in your country — these are payable at the time of delivery.

Roop Sangam makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and availability on our website. However, we do not warrant that such information is complete, current, or free from error at all times.

7. Overseas & In-Store Purchases

Customers who have purchased from our physical stores may exchange their product within 7 days of the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition — free from marks, folds, scent, or damage. Products carrying perfume or body odour will be considered used and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• The original price tag and label must be intact.
• The original purchase invoice must be presented along with the product.
• The product may be exchanged for another product of the same or higher price range at the same store or any other Roop Sangam store in the same country.
• Products purchased in a specific country must be returned or exchanged within the same country.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer returns, refunds, and exchanges under the following circumstances:

Genuine Quality Issues If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs or an unboxing video to assess the issue. A refund or exchange will be initiated once the product is received and verified by our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Product If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost.

Conditions for All Returns & Exchanges

• All return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted. The 7-day period is calculated based on our internal delivery records.
• A full, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange claims. Claims submitted without this video will not be processed.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Products must be returned in original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Any damage caused due to inadequate repackaging will be the customer's responsibility.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been customised or altered — including fall and edging, blouse stitching, or any other modification.
• Fabric and dress material orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
• Gift voucher orders are not eligible for return or cancellation.
• If you wish to exchange a product for a higher-priced item, the difference in amount must be paid prior to dispatch of the exchanged product.
• In-store exchange is not applicable for orders shipped outside India.
• For international customers, return shipping charges and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
• The decision of Roop Sangam regarding the condition of any returned product is final and binding. Refunds will be processed only after our quality assurance team has verified the returned item.

Colour Variation We take great care to photograph our products accurately. However, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and display calibration. Colour variation alone will not be considered a valid reason for return or refund.

Return to Origin (RTO) Please ensure a complete shipping address and active contact number are provided at the time of ordering. If delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to our warehouse, any re-shipment will be at additional charges, payable by the customer.

9. Process for Initiating a Return

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the defect or damage
• A complete, unedited unboxing video

Once your request is received, our team will:

1. Review and assess your request on a case-by-case basis
2. Arrange a reverse pick-up for eligible returns
3. Conduct a thorough quality inspection upon receiving the product
4. Approve the refund or exchange upon successful verification

For exchanges, our team will facilitate a swap for the same product or assist you in selecting an alternative, subject to availability.

For refunds, we aim to process the amount within 7 business days of verification, credited through your original payment method.

In cases where the returned product does not pass our quality check, it will be reshipped to you at no additional charge. A refund or exchange will not be applicable in such instances.
