Returns and Exchange

We hope you love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note the following:

  • The order amount will be refunded after deducting any transaction charges levied by the payment gateway.
  • Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Fabric, dress material orders, and gift vouchers cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
When you are eligible

Genuine Quality Issues - If you receive a product with a manufacturing or quality defect, please write to us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask you to share photographs or an unboxing video to help us assess the issue. Once the product is received and verified, we will initiate a refund or exchange as applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Product - If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive a wrong or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost, based on your preference.

When you are not eligible
  • Colour Variation - Minor colour differences due to screen settings or display calibration are not a valid reason for return or exchange. We photograph all products carefully to represent true colours.
  • Customised or Altered Products - Items modified as per your request (fall and edging, blouse stitching, or any other alteration) are not eligible.
  • Fabric & Dress Material Orders - All fabric purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
  • Gift Vouchers - Not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.
  • Return to Origin (RTO) - Please ensure a complete shipping address and active contact number are provided. If delivery fails and the package returns to our warehouse, re-shipment charges will apply.
  • International Orders - In-store exchange is not available for orders shipped outside India. Return shipping costs and customs duties, if any, are borne by the customer.

General Conditions

  • All requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • A full, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange claims. The defect or issue must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Roop Sangam reserves the right to decline requests that are false, frivolous, or without valid basis.

Please note: If the returned product does not pass our quality check, it will be re-shipped to you at no additional charge and a refund or exchange will not be applicable in that instance.

Step 1 - Contact Us
Email us at support@roopsangam.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Step 2 - Share the Details
Include the following in your message:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the defect or damage
A complete, unedited unboxing video

Step 3 - We Review Your Request
Our team will assess your request and get back to you with the available options, typically within 2 business days.

Step 4 - Reverse Pick-Up
For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pick-up from your address at no charge.

Step 5 - Quality Check
Once the product reaches us, it will go through a thorough quality inspection.

Step 6 - Resolution
Exchange:
 Our team will facilitate an exchange for the same product or help you select an alternative from our collection, subject to availability.
Refund:
 If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.

Timeline
  • Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of the product being received and verified at our warehouse.
  • The amount will reflect in your bank account, credit card, or wallet within 7 - 10 business days from the date of initiation, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Payment Method

All refunds are credited back through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


Didn't Receive Your Refund?

If the refund does not reflect within 15 days of initiation, you may raise a chargeback with your bank. However, we encourage you to write to us first at support@roopsangam.in to resolve payment concerns faster directly.

Please Note: In the event of false, frivolous, or baseless complaints regarding delivery or product quality, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
